Orders placed before 8am (AEST) will be processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours (1–2 business days).

Total processing and shipping time is generally 1–6 business days Australia-wide.

Delivery Issues

Transit Issue / No Tracking Update

Your tracking number becomes active once the courier scans the parcel at their depot.
If tracking shows no movement after 48 hours, please contact us so we can follow up with the courier.

Product Undeliverable

If a delivery is undeliverable, our team will contact you via email to resolve the matter.

Returned to Sender (RTS)

1. Invalid Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Pet Degree is not responsible for address validation.

If an order is Returned to Sender due to an incorrect address:

• A re-delivery fee will apply.

• If a refund is requested, a one-way shipping fee + 15% restocking fee will be deducted.

2. Delivery Rejected

If the recipient rejects the delivery, the order is treated as a change of mind.
Shipping fees and restocking fees will be deducted from the refund.

3. Unsuccessful Delivery

Most orders are shipped as Authority to Leave (ATL) by default.
If a safe drop is not possible, the courier will redirect the parcel to a post office, depot, or collection point and leave a calling card.

It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking and contact the courier promptly.
Re-delivery fees may apply.
